We only have an exchange policy & no return policy.
1. What’s your return policy?
You can register products for an Exchange, Store Credit only. Please make sure all products for exchange are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. Please note that in the event of damage to the product (fabric damage, color damage, packaging damage, stitching damage) we shall arrange for pick-up. In all other cases, please note that the exchange will only be processed once the product has been shipped to us.
2. Reason for the exchange to be mentioned as per below :
- Size Issue
- Colour not matching
- Received a wrong Merch
- Others ( please state reasons)
3. What if I want to exchange something for a different product?
Hey Hey! Hey! If you change your mind about one of our products and want to exchange it for another product, it’s all right and you can register your product for exchange by writing to us at email@example.com Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll give you store credit and you can place an order for what you would like to have instead.
4. How soon will my exchange be processed?
You have 7 days to request an exchange from the date of purchase. Depending on where you live, your return parcel may take up to 14 days (2 weeks) to reach us.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
5. What if I received a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. What are Exceptions / non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
